What size of lip (deep dish) are on these wheels and does the laquer tend to peal off after 6 months or so? Also dont suppose you do them in staggered fitments (widths)?

Bentley wheels are a straight fit onto A3's as are 5x112 and ET41 - although being 9" wide you need to fit a slightly stretched tyre e.g. 215's to stop them catching the arch. I had the TSW Holstens (Bentley look-a-likes) on my A3 at one point:
