I'll tell you what i had in mind, again, this can be way off...but I thoguht I give it a try since no one has come forth.
I have RS4 alloys, and often drive through some gravel roads, sometimes (happend to me 5 times in less than one year) small stones get stuck between the brake disk and the...
Turbo kicking in at 2500k rpm sounds a bit late for 2.0TDI 140. I'm not a very detail observer but I remember my Turbo used to constantly kick in around 2100k - 2200k rpm before remap. After Bluefin remap, it now starts kicking in 1900k - 2000k rpm.
If your Turbo kicks in at 2500k rpm, at what...
Hi all, I don't know anything about VAGCOM, but maybe you can reverse engineer base on my description below to figure out what settings are needed to activate by VAGCOM for your British spec A3.
I have "coming/leaving home" function on my A3. This is a feature offered in the Norwegian...
Hi everyone, I have been a member of this forum for over a year now, doing a lot more reading than writing usually.
I have just recently purchased Bluefin by Superchips and I thought I would share my experience so far. I have decided to go with Bluefin because some of the posts I've seen on...
Many members on here think this is a "pussy" option. :) But my girlfriend loves it so I've got it anyways.
Audi Hill hold assist is activated when your car is sitting on an uphill incline, if you let go of the brake the car will hold position for you for 2-3 seconds before it starts rolling...
It happens ... it's all up to owner's liking ... you will see s-line badge on "non- sline" standard Audi's. And you will also see S3 aluminum wing mirrors on "non s model's". It's all about preference.
Hi, welcome. Just a suggestion from me: make sure that there is no small stones trap between the black round plate behide the disk brake and the disk brake itself.
I've had this happen to me twice since I got my car, mostly due to open concept alloy design and too many loose stones on the...
Which dealership did you go to? Skoeyen or Ensjoe? I got my car from Billingstad, the sales guys were not too helpful when it comes to technical information. They also did a poor job selling extra equipment. Fortunately I did all my homework so I know exactly what I want.
When it comes to DPF...
I held on to the clip and pulled at the same time. I really gave it some force and it came out quite quickly. I have heard from others that theirs costed them some skin and blood!
I was also quite worry when I changed mine to Aluminum pedals. I read some posts and followed the instruction, that plug on the gas pedal can cause problems.
Try this link: http://www.harddrive.plus.com/Documents/A3/Alloy%20Pedal%20Set.pdf
I was well prepared that the plug might be hard to...
Same here, the scroll on the steering wheel does not correspond to the stored stations on the head display. Instead, the scroll is more like a scan, it goes to the next availalbe channel, regarless if you have that station stored or not.
Just started learning some Norwegian now, not an easy language to learn, that goes for any language I guess. Norwegians love to practice their English so in return I get little practice myself.
My work requires almost no Norwegian.
Hehe, I have to confess ... I just moved to Norway a year ago, don't know much about things here. I do know the magazine you are talking about though.
I live 20mins outside Oslo.
