My S3 made 370nm with vag and 311nm on a dyno. I doubt VAG reads at the wheels.

This can be caused by a vacuum leak. Check all your vacuum hoses for tears.

Sounds like your clutch is starting to slip. Mine started off doing the same thing and now it slips horribly when the car comes into boost.

Yep, 76mm = 3" I paid R3200 (+/- GBP230) from a reputable fitment centre here in South Africa called TNT exhausts. The cats have been removed as well.

I've got a nice 76mm exhaust from the turbo to the back. That in my oppinion made a very decent difference to the way the turbo spools up.

You need to find someone with the VAG COM software and log blocks 114 (n75 duty cycle),115 (requested+actual boost)and 003 (maf readings). There's a whole lot of reasons why your car could be losing boost. I think 114 will tell you if the N75 is working too hard, if so, it's probably a boost...
