Would you know the part number, or what to ask for at the dealer/breaker?

I've already gave it a good saoking with WD40, but still no joy. Is it spring loaded, as it seems like it isnt getting forced fully open when i open the door. Does anyone know if it is easily replaced, and what the exact part name is?
