I fitted S4 headlights a few months back with the adapters and the headlight level adjuster didn't work. Removed the adapters and nothing changed. A friend and I looked into the wiring and the motor on the S4 headlights is 4 wire and the standard headlights is 3. From what we found in wiring...

Not really. Personally I think it looks cleaner and smarter without badges. Maybe if the badges on yours were the right ones and in the right place it would look better? Each to their own i guess.

I had this, turns out it was just bad bulbs. It happened with halfords bulbs but I then got one from the local motor factors and touch wood not had a problem since.

yeah, tinted all the way round. think its 30/35% cant remember exactly. Not too dark though.

you can go low on 19's easy enough just got to get the right et and tyre size. I'm running 19x9 Bentley wheel on my Avant with a 225/35 19 tyre and i'm pretty low

keep an eye out on eBay. i got a brand new black leather one with everything needed to fit it for £80

not overly loud but more noticeable than standard. No running problems what so ever. Had it on for nearly a year now.
