Was what I was wondering? If they run too low, does it not have the effect of making the suspension softer as it does not go through the correct arc in that it is already past the point when the suspension will be at its stiffest?

I run my S3 reasonably but not stupidly low on AST coilovers, pretty stiffly sprung with Neuspeed anti roll bars. The front end seems quite bouncy and always has. We noticed the wishbones were pointing slightly upwards. I know with golf you can get ball joint extenders to sort the geometry...

It did die there though. Turbo disintegrated and there was damage to the rings. Strangely, the bores were perfect. 130 does seem very high I know, problem is, you can not really look at any gauges when you are trying at the ring. I am happy enough to get round in 1 piece! What size...

I was doing about 8 mins 40 secs. It got to around 130 degrees outside temp of 20 degrees max.
