You will need vcds as mention as any tiny movement of that pulley results in a great amount of adjustment of the +/- angle.
When I did mines im not sure if I managed to get the belt off and on without touching those 3 bolts.
If I recall once I released the tension on the belt it came off OK.
It looks like a nice car. The colour does look more like atlas grey to me than beige. However he may be using the description on the v5 document to determine the colour
Its dead easy. Put long spanner on bolt on the tensioner and release tension. Remove belt. The feel down the back of the tensioner under the alternator and you will find a bolt that holds it in place. Take bolt out and then remove tensioner and swap for new one.
It will most likely be the alternator clutch and will have taken the auxiliary belt tensioner with it. Had the same on my pd130. Have a look at the belt is it jumping about all over the place. It cost me £80 clutch pulley, tenioner and a new belt. Need a special tool to get the old clutch pulley...
