Sorry slightly off topic but can i ask why your changing the sensor as i have recently had the sensor light come on but after doing a search many people seem to say that slightly overfilling the level works, but no one seems to say where the sensor is in the engine if i wanted to change so was...

Was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this problem basically the rev counter on the car sits past 2k even when engine is off and key out, it sometimes kicks in and works then shoots back up? Car idles and drives fine though?

I had this on my old A3 and to be honest i think all modern honda aerials are the same and therefore will all fit, i think mine came off a crv!

Is the switch clicking or the motor, if its the switch then it could be worth having a look at the fuse for it!

No idea, intermittently when i start the car and drive off the red exclamation mark in circle comes up and beeps, i have had it on a machine an it said front near side wheel sensor but i replaced this already.

I thought this was all about an ABS problem and not just random electrical faults, so why would checking fuses for other electrical items help cure and ABS fault?

Thanks for all the input guys! i had a look at the ebay advert ones but they are for 2001> and mines a 1999 model. i tried gsf they say they dont list them but other motor places might and i have tried most in my area, looks like its gonna have to be from a dealer!

well i think audi want around £80 for one spring, and i can get an uprated sed for a bit more i think! its just the hassle of fitting it!
