    Andy, Thanks for the reply. I faded the sound all the way to the front as soon as I got the car but am sure I still had the sub making some noises. I have the non Bose setup. The amp is hidden on the right hand side of the boot for the rear speakers and sub, is it not? Cheers Darryl

    I bought a 56 plate A3 a few weeks back and finally took the headunit out at the weekend. I was surprised to see only preouts for the front and rear but not for the sub. How is the sub connected to the headunit? Cheers Darryl
