Ive had H&Rs,KW, now FSD/Eibach The H&R's were terrible- knock your fillings out ( bad roads in sydney) KW leaked from day one ( not much , but even the replacement ones did) Koni- fantastic

i've done the same- it's still a bit hopeless though for a car that costs so much to have such shoody switches etc

why not koni fsd's? I had those and eibachs put on - very impressed just my 2c jonathan

i've got a 2002 s3 , and I know australia is generally warmer than the uk, but the plastic covering on all the switch gear ( radio knobs, light switch etc) is coming off. has this happened to anyone else ? not too impressed jonathan

well I took the advice given and got these installed. still a bit harsh- but stacks better than the kw matched shocks/springs- which are for sale if anyone wants them ( sydney oz)- havent really described the kw's in such a good light have i ? anyway, they were a lot cheaper than the coilover...

have kw matched shocks/springs in my s3- still too harsh ( not as bad as standard shocks with HR springs on- ridiculous) I want good road ride - wont be on track , and our roads ( sydney oz) are crappola. i think matched set better ? koni .or try coilover ?? any ideas greatly appreciated

thanks but i was hoping to get the bits here in oz ( save on postage ) - unfortunately we dont have the touran here. the polo wiper changed in 2003 and i dont know if i need the earlier or later one ????? thanks anyway maybe i'll just bite the bullet and pay the postage jonathan

howdy from down under i've got aeros on ther front of the s3 but was advised ( vagparts) nothing cleared the rear spoiler on the s3 .Apparently not the case. so do i need bits from the 'old' polo or the new one . also my wiper ( BAM S3) goes (L) to (R) - the older S3's seem to go the other...

i know what it is - its the catch that holds the seat to the body- lay the seat down and you'll see what i mean - even if you dont think it s that , wrap some insulation tape around it and place the seat back in its normal position. I had put high density foam around the seat edges , etc, etc ...
