No not since the new turbo - though it was all fixed. I was thinking - warn piston rings leading to high oil usage, low oil damaged the turbo causing lack of power. Replacing turbo briefly improved performance but this has now been damaged again? Does this sound feasable?

Maybe but it was fine for 1000 miles and now no power again. Surely if the manifold was damaged this would show immediately?
