    Thanks Simch, I looked at 52 plate GT TDi 150 two years ago with 98k on the clock the guy wanted a shade under 7k for it. Now they will be around 4.5k!!! The market is crazy ATM!!

    I totally agree - I had a look and bought one (only to send it back) I eventually got a genuine S3 one off ebay - Im glad I did. All the others are a waste of time.

    yes you can get at it through the rear light. Needs nible fingers though! PS: buy it from VAG Parts - your local dealer will try and sell you the whole aerial (£130+) I rang them a few months ago and politely told them where they could put the WHOLE aerial!!!

    from what I have read - dont bother with the S3 skirts. Way too much hassle. You are better off buying some subtle aftermarket ones.

    ...also it may be worth you having an occasional look at following ebayer: http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/pioneer-automotive/ they sometimes get these in and are great to deal with!
