It's possible there is a dirty contact on the connector of the rear door loom. Spray a bit of contact/switch cleaner and connecting/disconnecting the connector several times to ensure good contact is made. It's also possible there is a bad ground. Check for continuity to ensure good ground

You're not physically breaking, a breaker bar allows extra torque to allow the stuck bolt to be removed. You use the breaker bar on any stuck bolt.

Sorry for the late reply. Been a very busy day. I was going to say you shouldn't come into any issues as Audi often interchange parts with different characters at the end or even beginning as I found out when diagnosing an airbag fault. The fault was with the connector on the crash sensor...

I'm sure it'll be fine. They often interchange parts and change the last character of part numbers on a regular basis.

Common thing for rich fuel is O2 sensor I would second that
