On damp mornings when there's some light condensation/misting on the inside of my car I can clearly see the shadow of the original factory build sticker on the screen. It's about A4 sized. I've tried several products to remove it without joy, any suggestions? Meths or panel wipe perhaps? Thanks

If you have a SIM card slot in your dash and 2 SD card slots along with a touch (not 6 buttons) panel for your radio etc then you have a 10gb HD nav-based system. If you have a SD card with your nav system on it, then it's the "low" system. Make sure the gearbox oil was changed at 38k (evidence)...

My 13 plate TDi id a similar thing. In cold weather it would reach 90, then I'd notice that it had dropped back a couple of bars then would go back up again. It would fluctuate quite a lot on really cold days.

How good is your relationship with your dealer and have you always had the car serviced by them is the answer.

For those that don't know this is a common A6 issue and dealers know about it. If your car has a full ASH I'd be speaking with my dealer.

You won't need glue. It will hold just fine, even missing 2 clips
