I have just fitted a Milltek system, before my remap tomorrow . I am happy with the results, it sounds a lot better and the turbo seems spools up faster :

It depends on the size of the new turbo, but you may need to get a 4 bar fuel regulator aswell. As Rich said, to get the most out of the bigger turbo you will have to get a remap! Otherwise it will not make use of the extra potential.

When I got my CAI it made the car sound nice! Though it didn't make much (if any) difference to the air flowing through. Though I am getting an AmD remap next week , so it should make a difference then.
