    got same issue.. it is not oil is it water.. the seal on the window leaks and the alloy mount for the mirror doubles as a fantastic funnel and directs the water into the mirror box... Out of curiosity do you have a sunroof??... I got Audi to quote £126 for a new mirror,,, may have a go...

    hmmmmmmmm.. just ordered a set o replacement pads from EBC online and they arrived today... they appear not to have any wires for the DIS connection??... been to a few sites and the part number is the same in all cases... .. is there something I am missing here??.. are the sensors in the pads...

    cool.. just wanted tio check... only the Germans would stick electical sensors on the backend... most companies scrimp and just make 'em squeal when low.... anyone know if you can swap without the need for the tool used to 'screw' the pistons back in??

    Question.. my brake warning light has just come on at 35k miles... I replaced my front pads at 25k so i assuming this is the rears now (I can see they are down low thru the wheels)... .. to the point... do the rear calipers have wear sensors on them??

    My A6 has done this for a few years but i just cannot locate the culprit... normally when the outside temp is a warm and dry I get a creaking coming from the drivers side front suspension.. i can also feel it thru the steering wheel..... this is only really felt at speeds below 10 mph or so...

    My A6 (C5) has the nice doubleglazing fitted... it is the same process to remove the side windows as with normal glass or is there someting that I should know about??... want to add some mild tint to the windows... just enough not to look like a drug dealer of course... Any thoughts?
