Cheers for posting this , its handy stuff to know, I've got a B8 RS4 that still has DRC and its one of a few parts of the car where there is an alternative to a like for like repair with Audi parts.

I was pretty much told sometime in the spring but to be honest the sales lady wasn't that informative and messed up both the order and the PX.

I bought some 18 inch A4 rims to run on my golf R last winter, the centre bore was bigger but I got round that with Spigot rings, offset (47) was fine, they are 18 x 8 instead of 18 x 7.5 but the tyres are still 225 / 40 /18 just with a little stretch. I'm planning or using them on the S3 this year.

We've had about 15 Golfs so you're right there. Currently got a mk6 R but the Mk7 really isn't an attractive car (in our eyes) so we've ordered an S3 to replace it with. Can't say we won't go back if the Mk8 Golf is a nicer looking car but Audi interiors are so much nice than VW ones.

Five Oaks Audi just outside Billingshurst in Sussex have a Java Green 8V Sportback in their showroom, certainly a brave colour choice

Watch out on the payment side of things, I bought something off ebay.de just before Christmas, I had to pay the seller by bank transfer as he didn't accept paypal, I ended up getting stung for £25 by my bank for an international transfer.
