Not a B9, but had my S5 F5 fronts tinted to 35% to match the rear privacy glass. No issues with visibility.

As above - repair mate. As long as the nail/screw hasnt compromised the tyre structure or wall structure = repair everyday of the week. And deff agree with @Bobblejones - replace 2x at a time on Quattro to avoid strain on the train over time with uneven tyre circumfrences etc.

Love my S3, but annoyances would be the rotary knob which way to turn for up down is out of sync with how my brain would turn the know to scroll! Id turn right to go up, but it goes down! Oh and Audi brake pads with the amount of dust they create!

Enjoy being able to turn it off with a button as soon it will be hard coded into all cars without the button/physical manual option and you'll have to use VCDS or alternative to disable the damn thing!
