All MY16 models have the slot for the SIM cards in the glove box. You just have to put your own card. To me it does sound like he is connecting to his home wifi and its obviously dropping out as he leaves. Google maps as far as i am aware only keeps a small cache for a small period of time...

Thanks All Its only done 7000 miles but i guess you are right that it will use a bit more oil as the engine is breaking in.

I've got the A4 1.4tfsi Saloon. MPG is rubbish. Had it around 5 months now and rarely get over 35mpg and its usually around the 32 mark. It does go over 40mpg on a motorway run but nothing spectacular. I've just learned to accept it unfortunately.

My car is on a Lease so im guessing it works a bit different if your on PCP or something else. Mines called Contract hire Plus if that helps.
