Hi I retro fitted a rnse mk2 in my 06 a4 went really well and love it but I'm wondering weather I should have a speedometer on the display and also signal bars next to the time ( centre bottom) seen pictures on displays with both I've not had a vagcom on it to sync it up Purley because it worked...

I'm change a concert to a rnse mk2 I'm guessing all this still apllies

Can the mk2 unit be coded via head unit or do u need vagcom

That would make sense because the centre console has repair marks where a phone bracket would have sat , I have a bt device which links to my phone would that work with the rns-e or would the wires in the picture wire into the rns-e! Or does the rns-e have built in bt :/ thank you for your help
