For the record I haven't been tuned, yet. 1+ is needed to code it out from a Revo type, or you can find a capable remapper who can code it out on stg 1 which doesn't need supporting mods.
Yes i have a HFC and used double spark plug anti-fouler to remove CEL.
It worked for a few weeks, then came back, it's been 4 months now with spacer and no CEL for 2 months. Just passed MOT although it did need to be "warmed up" to pass emissions.
Certainly increased throttle response...

I just had my service and MOT today, passed! Nearly failed on emissions until they got it up to temp..

Or you can go to any fast fit type place who can likely drill the locking ones out, but at a little risk depending on operator. If you do this make sure you have replacements or they won't let you drive away with less.
GOod to hear you've fixed some issues, especially the annoying juddering in first! Do you know what specifically caused this or unable to tell as all replaced?

I recently went Meyle HD after looking at all options and prices.
I had it done at same time at springs and struts and it feels fantastic.
I know some of the US AZ guys tried out the Ebay turbo from China and it pretty much failed in the first week. You're risking a lot more than the turbo if you do!
I've just recently notice the same in #1, seems to struggle to engage moving forward with a judder almost clutch symptoms but it isnt clutch.
I have a HFC and Stainless exhaust which increased low end torque massively, wondering if it's so low now it's almost stalling as if i put 1-1.5k revs...
Can't comment on H&R but I just went from S-Line to Eibach 50/40 Sportline and it feels great. Not as low as many but low enough for me and reduced the front rake.
No idea, i'm in MK and see a couple of nice clean B6's with the '04 plate, mainly see saloons looking good and the odd B7. A saloon Blue looks aftermarket often up and around the OU, looks nice but we're always going opposite drections!
It's enevitable that circa 12 year old cars will get to a point of diminishing returns so of the 1000's or 10's '000's left on the road a small percentage of this will be "enthusiast" owned (that can +/- preventative and know how to maintain), or can justify repairs.
At 80k i'm still a spring...
