    I had this for weeks after talking with audi uk about 10 times they managed to sort it when they put the right email address in and did not spell it wrong. Worth checking details with them.

    no problem thanks for the reply. i ordered on 22nd july.not had an email from audi yet only email i got was from the dealer the day i ordered. i did talk to audi uk they said it will only come on few weeks before build but from reading on here looks like thats not right.
