Tried my trusted mechanics. And they are up the wall with work . So carnt get it scanned till Wednesday . But have managed to solve the problem by moving the actuator up and down . And a nice long run to check . It seems ok but still want it scanned

Am I right in thinking . That if the turbo vanes is stuck I would get a lot of smoke or would it not appear because of the dpf . My car doesn't smoke at all even under heavy load or not that I can see . I think it's time to get my hands dirty lol

Will try it tomorrow morning before buy a new one the cars stand at the moment don't want to cause any lasting damage

I'm hoping that it is the actuator at fault . I've removed the air filter box . To gain access to the turbo . And with the wife at the pedal the rod only move a very little bit . Then doesn't move at all no matter what revs the engine is at this is the replacement I've found

As above could anyone advise Would it be possible to change the turbo actuator with taking the turbo out Any advice would be great

Thanks for the comments in total that wheel alone took 6 hours to complete then 12 hours settling time still doing the other 3 as I txt lol
