as above! have you tried listening whilst cornering to see whether the noise worsens or reduces depending on which way vehicle weight is shifted?? not scientific but may narrow it down....usually ive just had both fixed if i cant find evidence to suggest recent replacements by previous keepers...
i like yours tufty very oem! jays pipes pretty good idea i noticed standard piping looks pretty thin and twisty at times a simple duct like jays has to be giving smoother airflow??!!
was thinking most coilie kits state lowering from 20-100mm so if you can get away with 20mm you'll get the improved handlingwithout hitting the tarmac as you leave for work!

you can buy suppressors from halfraud and other audio outlets,they are fitted in varying places though,often head unit carrying that noise needs the alternator suppressing as your picking up electrical interference,i even had to put a suppressor on my aux lead to my amp as somewhere they were...

will these LCR mounts fit standard a3? as ive noticed my strut tops like tuftys pics in his thread and this would probably explain the annoying knocking noise too.
not sure about logging you get some of the measuring blocks with temps/flow etc like i say new to vagcom/vcds and new to vags generally lol thought id try shareware as it shows fault codes so it would help trace my running probs!
ive got the shareware version and looked at the logging pages,how the hell you lot know what each block tells you what it then means what it should be and whats wrong i dont know lol need to go on a vag com course lol
So the AGU has a duff maf only runs unplugged now....couple of qs.....whilst unplugged aprt from being sluggish is it harming the engine etc?? are the mafs engine code specific?? i believe i read on here not buy gsf ecp mafs is that correct?? any pointers apreciated.
Recently noticed occasional drip mark on drivers side of car,set about finding cause and have found this hose is rock hard,obviously allowing liquid through otherwise it wouldnt leak & obviously previous keeper had a similar issue with it as the jubi clips are new,im guesing theyve stopped it...
