I was wondering if it's possible to clone a ECU chip by reading it and burning the information onto a new, blank chip.
If so; what hardware and software would be suitable to do this?
I'm specifically interested in doing this to an AGU model ecu... so i understand the chip will need to...
What are the best spark plugs to use when running much higher boost than stock ( and what size gap)?...
Also, I'm going to be sending my car to a garage to check and repair any boost leaks. Would I be better off finding a garage with a smoke tester or with just a basic pressure tester? Anyone...
I'm also quite interested for an answer on this question. The most stressfull part of changing my turbo was getting the original rigid lines screwed back in.
Not looking forward to doing that again.
To be honest, I haven't noticed any difference in noise. However I can definitely tell a difference in engine response which seems to stay put no matter how hard/ long its been driven.
Had a problem with 2 pipes popping off but I'm sure that will be a quick fix when I get the time to look at...

Ah I see, so do you know what the technical word for it was for if I'm doing a search on their website? No reason imparticular, i must of picked up on the ally from another post but the more rigid the better.

Hey just received my fmic ebay special edition. It has thread holes on the top of the intercooler itself which looks as if its for mounting. It hasn't however come with any mounting brackets or screws.
Looking at other DIY threads, I cant tell how or if the FMIC is being supported or if it is...

Planning on throwing some notes at my car during the winter period after all the fun its given me over the year.
I will definitely be going down the big turbo route, quite interested in anyone's set up which is seeing past the 300hp ball park.
