you wont need dampers if you get coilovers as thee are a damper/spring unit bit like what on the front. here is what they look like to give you an idea of what i mean most are adjustable so can lower the ride hight too and stiffness

At 70mph the revs are 2200 rpm to get 2000rpm you need to be at 66 mph this is all on cruse set which iv found to very close to actual speed forgot to look at pmg but its normal for over 50mpg at 70-80 mpg for me hope this helps.
