8p s3 are 310x22 vented.
Regular 8p models are 282x12 solid.
That will not fit an s3 in any way/shape/form. Relentless or pipeworx are your 2 big choices for an s3.
Agu has a single pre cat lambda, presuming you have a car with no faults, the ecu will trim fuel either way of lambda 1.0, regardless of cat or no...

That's the abs pump kicking in. Now repeat without your key in the ignition. It is totally normal, even agu models without esp do this!
IMHO the rarb and poly rear beam bushes make the biggest transformation bar fitting s3 front hubs, rack and arms.
