I have a Audi A3 2006.

It doesnt have xenons just halogen lights.


What bulbs would i use for a white light for the side lights etc?
 
Are there any that will fit the non led DRLs on a facelift '09' A3?
 
so are these for main beam or side lights?

i ordered the philips x-treme bulbs on that link a few weeks back, they are very good and much better than standard.

the free sidelights are good too (i ordered from autobulbs though)
 
Yep, the sidelight should be white.
When I bought mine they came with blue vision sidelights. When off the bulb glass was blue, when turned on they were brilliant white.
Not sure how good the sidelights are that they offer now though.
They're free so nothing to lose really.
 
audi upgrades
yeah they are white, have a slight blue/purple colour in, but good for free and better than standard
 
ive fitted them and they are perfect thanks :D any idea on some side lights or number plate lights to match?

Some pics of white non LED DRLs & mirror white sidelights in the first link in my original post (#2) below & also what products / codes they are. The 5W sidelights are the mirrored ones, not the Phillips ones that are blue when switched off...

It's the working first link, not the second dead link...
