i have just bought a 2001 a3 1.8t and the display in the rev cluster is faulty and i was just wondering if its possible to change the DIS without replacing the complete cluster/ clocks etc

from what i've read you'll have to replace the whole thing.

well when i turn the ignition on the display only shows the top half of the dis shows ok but if i open the doors the bottom half shows, showing which door is open,
hope that helps

Push the reset switch on the right hand stalk mate.
