Looking at the video again you can see its a fake.
1) There is a flip bar under the car that goes off as it gets hit.
2) The car accelerates from nothing as the video starts, as if it was waiting so it could get the timing right for getting smashed across the road.
Not a bad stunt though.

its as if its a film set, look how the big ball of concrete or what ever it is, stops instantly. surely that would keep going and actually crush the car, there is now way it would push the car up in air when it was swinging down

Clearly a film set. As aythreee says, there is a flip bar under the car, the car is accelerated from 0 to whatever pretty quick for a people carrier and at the end some dude goes up and stops the 'big concrete ball' weighing oooh all of ten pound from swinging. Probably explosive charges that blows the windows too. I doubt the car even has a dent in the side of it.
