Hello everyone just joined the forum after getting my first taste of the silver hoops!

Bought myself a Red 99T A3 Tdi SE sport.

Its got the full black leather sets too!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Ive just bought the 130bhp chip for it.

Just need some help with wheels. Where is the best plce to buy the replic RS6 wheels? Anyone with a picture of a red A3 with these wheels on?

Thank you!!!!

Rochford Tyres seem to be the site favourite.

Do a site search and see what comes up.

Welcome mate. You must feel like you've moved from a tin can to a tank /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Best place for RS6 reps is Rochford tyres

Welcome to the site. And I see you're not taking long to make a few changes to your new car..........

Good man!

Make sure you get some decent tyres with the wheels - with a chipped 130 you need as much grip as you can get. Look at Goodyear F1, Continental, Toyo, etc. Don't be afraid of shelling out - remember, the tyres are the only thing in contact with the (******, crap, potholed, typically UK) road.

You could maybe look at suspension as the next step: Standard Audi is a little soggy and wallowy for me. Get it lowered on Eibachs or H&R springs, and if you can, go for the shocks as well.

Best of luck with the car.

Drew.

Its a completly different car. The Saxo was fun for around 10 minutes, till you drove through town and passed like 27,345 of them in a row.

I am in the same position m8 i had a shoddy VTR b4 i got me 1.8T a couple of months ago, differance is unreal.
Question to Drew i've had lowered cars b4 my saxo was slammed (one of the reasons i sold it) wanna stiffen up the A3 does it become too hard with eibach?
Also Spax seem good they won some german award a while ago.
