Picked this up yesterday, wanted one since i bought the A3 (couldn't afford the insurance for the S2000 at 25) and now i have the chance to own one i went for it!

The A3 is now the everyday car for the missus and the Honda is the weekend toy. The Polo has been stored away for the time being and will come out to play when Santa Pod season kick in.

Mods to the Honda started as soon as i got the car back - fitted a pioneer headunit and routed the ipod connector into a cubby hole for easy access. Build quality of the trim inside is nowhere near as good as the Audi but its still very good.

I'll let the pics do the talking.

I love it, what a car !

I have always loved the S2000, one of the best looking 2 seaters by far, good choice pal.

Looks cool mate, just be careful the first few weeks, they bite!..........especially coming from the sure footed handling A3

Very nice mate! Always loved the S2 and am in same position regarding not getting one (insurance group 20) so I am pretty jealous :) . All you need to do now is stick an intake on her and let her scream to 9k rpm!

Lovely car mate!!!

Just one question though. How the hell do you get out of your car ?! Your garage seems so tight!!!

lol

its tight but there is enough room to get out and wax the car, well wax one side at a time. i got padding on the walls to catch the door when i open it so it doesn't scratch the paint off. The A3 was garaged every night before the Honda came along so its big enough as long as you don't store loads of crap on the side.

Been out all day in it today, hood down to enjoy the sun, was pretty cold but the heaters are awesome in it! Loved every mile of it, awesome engine!

VTECCC!!! Very fun cars, always liked the look of them too, nice car buddy.

Have to say it looks alot better inside & out than I thought, not bad mate.

What a lovely car mate!!! I am so so jealous want mine back now!!!!!! You'll have so so so much fun it that!!!! Best colour choice by far!!! Now go get your self a good air intake the one and only mod worth doing!! While you wait for that and if it is dry just pop the top of the airbox of and take it for a spin with that off, it will be all you need to convince you that it is worth doing!!!!!

Enjoy you lucky sod!!!!!

TAC it seems like you loved your S2000!

I did 100 miles in it today, well worked out to be around 50miles as the missus wanted to drive the car and when she did she wouldn't give me the keys back!!!! We are now fighting to have a drive in the Honda lol.

The engine goes ballastic after 6000rpm, the noise is simply insane and you know it loves doing it and will do it all day long! Being an Engine Development Engineer i still struggling to get my head around how a production engine can do 9000rpm!!!!!

A few pics from day after being washed with Megs Shampoo, Clay Bar session, coat of Megs NXT polish a and then a coat of Poor Boys 53 Canuba Wax.

Fabulous car the S2K, I very nearly bought one myself a few years back, went for a different option in the end, but even so, I was very impressed with them, and like you say, the interior is very good for a Jap car too.

Enjoy!!

Very nice i love it , Ive alway's liked the s2000 id love one for booting around ..

Excellent mate you'll never get tired of it! I waited 7 years to get one and only had mine for 8months but loved every minute of it! Fairly quick beneath 6,000rpm but hitting that V-TEC all the way to 9,000rpm is something special. I sooo wish i could get another.... after owning one nothing comes close.... there's defo an emptiness in my life now.... lol ;)
