Need some help please; got to my car last night and tried to open the doors using key fob, but none of the buttons were working so used the key to unlock the door (only the drivers side door unlocked) and once opened the alarm started ringing (and wouldn't stop!!). Changed the battery in the key fob, this didn't work! Eventually after pulling out a fuse for the central locking (I think) the alarm stopped and I was able to drive the car.
My question is the key fob is still not working, have since tried reprogramming it as advised on here, but it doesn't appear to have worked......any ideas what could be wrong? TIA
