can sameone point me to the wright direction what is it? how expensive? is it related with a biger problem? is it a DIY job? and maybe a part number?

it looks like valve covered in oil

I think it's actualy leaking oil all side of air filter box is covered in oil

Do you feel a lack of power?? The first thing i'd do is wash it off as you can't see exactly where the oil is coming from and just monitor it, your not losing masses of oil and if its not affecting the performance then it couldn't hurt to give it a run here and there just so you can start to trace exactly where and hopefully why its leaking.

Is it not just oil being taken up inlet as turbo cars do this(oil vapour build up). Then there is the vacuum operated valve on top that may just be puttuing the vapour out and made to look worse by dirt sticking. I had a year old B7 diesel that look similar but not as much. just give it a clean up and keep an eye on it as you say you noticed only when doing service. That old saying....If its not broke...dont fix it

that the throttle cut off valve to give a diesel a crispier cut off, what you are seeing is the oil coming out of the boosted side of the intake system, audi oil is very thin so over time it can get out of the seals around this valve, or you may be looking at a turbo letting excessive oil into the boost system, as it is at the moment i would not get too worried about it, as at about 50-100 k this tends to develop due to perishing seals etc. if it get any worse then replace the valve! you cant get repair kits for them!
