Remove the panel (storage compartment) underneath the steering wheel and you will see four relays, the fuel pump relay is the one on the left. It's a 9-pin relay labelled "167".
Thanks mate. It ended up being a cracked fuel line inside the fuel tank. I measured the volts at the pump and was getting the 10 volts when cranking. I thought my fuel pump was toast...however a relief when I saw the gas pouring out of the pump through the cracked line inside the tank.
