I had to decline due to the amount the car "owes" me.

I need atleast £7,000

Hope it all works out, dont let your car go with anything other than cash and even at that be cautious, Bankers drafts have also to clear these days as a lot of dodgy ones werre going about.

Sold! To the man in the Cessna 182!

He was very genuine. He is in the RAF and has a private pilots licence.

He gave me £7150 cash and drove it home to Lincoln.

It has to be one of the most bizzar ways I have ever sold a car, but all round a nice chap!

I still can not believe how quick and easy it was to sell this car!

Thanks for that, id forgot about pistonheads, got take it to GTI internatinal aswell hopefully get some interest there with the mods etc.
