I wonder if anyone could help me. Would any of you be able to recognise the model of the attached picture? I know its not great but someone farmiliar with the brand might know.
Audi.jpg

I guessed it may be an RS4 Avant. It was used in an attempted housebreak this morning near Motherwell.
Possibly some of you may have heard of this car being stolen recently.

I would really appreciate any help or info you could give me.

Certainly looks like an A4 Avant (not sure about an RS4 ) or possibly an A6 Allroad? Although it does look a bit small for that maybe, but the wheels/arches look like that...?

I'm with jojo. Looks like an (C5) RS6 to me! Seems to have flared arches, RS6 rims, chrome mirrors and chrome roof bars.

Yep, fair enough. Its the rims that give it away.
No doubt it's someones nice RS6 that was nicked earlier on in the night perhaps for use by some scrotes out on a spree.

How is it an attempt break in, what happened?

Its an audi rs6.In the picture the arches are sticking out.

Based on the first picture above those door mirrors in silver colour which makes me reckon it's either an S or RS Audi type Avant. It also looks lowered (sporty) with large 5 spoke alloys, so this tells me it's an RS6 Avant.

Thanks for the replies, the whole incident was filmed on cctv. After the car pulled away two guys spent 6 minutes tring to get into the house. One had a full face balaclava and the other wearing a hoodie. They eventually left through one of the neighbours gardens where they were seen getting into the Audi. There is a Bmw M5 and a range Rover sport in the drive so you can only assume they were after the keys. Worst thing is that there are 3 young kids in the house who are now absolutely terrified incase they come back.

That's terrible, I hope the kids are ok.

The best thing you can do is make sure the repairs to the doors are good, consider beefing up security on other doors/windows and if you don't have a decent house alarm, consider the investment. Also have a look at your house from the street and work out why they picked on you? Yes, they were after the cars but more to the point, did they think you were a soft target? Do the doors and windows look insecure (they clearly aren't) and is the alarm box (if fitted) looking like a dummy or an old, unused model?

Time for a dog Martin, I assume you have pir all round property mate & have you made the cctv obvious aswell, sometimes its enough to put them of.

Wow, Sounds serious. Get some CCTV on show....Maybe worth investing in some electric gates, Then at least if they break in they cant get the cars off the drive as easy as they had thought....
