Im looking at getting Inovitr Reline 18" Alloys with an ET 45.

Anyone know if this will fit my A3 lowered 45mm.?

Tyres would be 225/40/18

Thanks, Ryan

The offset is approx 10mm higher than standard which means the wheels will poke out 10mm further, however i think they will fit without any issues...

Get some piccys up mate!

Just realsied some dredful spelling mistakes a made, sorry guys.

They are Inovit Redline (7 Spokes) Designed for Subarus. 5x100.

Only thing is. they are near 600quid, and I wanna make sure they fit before i buy them.

Car will be dropped 45mm as on saturday and the wheels wil eb bought the following weekend. :)

You've got that the wrong way round. 45mm offset means that they sit in towards the centre of the car rather than stick out more. Wheels that stick out more have a low ET (such as the Mk1 RS4 wheels which were designed to fill the arches on the Mk1 RS4 -they had an ET of something like 22).

I tried a set of 45mm offset OZ's that were designed for a Subaru. They fouled the suspension struts. They can fit, but you will need 10mm spacers to reduce the offset back to 35mm which is what you'd have with a set of O/E Audi wheels.

That makes sense.

Thanks for the reply JCS.

Ill have to get some 10mm spacers before i buy them and they should look very nice :)

Thanks, Ryan

The last advice was spot on.Try this link for an offset calculator it is very handy.

I've been considering buying a set of ET45 alloys for a while but there 5 x 112 so it means i'd have to shell out for hubcentric spacers to change the pcd from 5x 100 - 5 x 112. I think these start at arond 10 or 20 mm spacers/ Could you PM to tell me if your alloys sit flush with the front and rear arches of the S3 after you fit your spacers and wheels. This would sway me towards buying the alloys in the end. Thanks and hope your pleased with your end result. Steve

I will be buying the wheels ans spacers in about 2 weeks hopefully, and yeah ill elt you know, only thing is I ahve an A31.8T not an S3.
If that makes a difference? isnt the S3 arches wider?

But I can still take pictures and show everyone :)
