Hi all,
I've just got my A3 back from its annual service and have found that there are a few things broken with it that need sorting for the MOT. The offside rear spring is broken, the ARB bushes are worn and the nearside inner CV boot is split.
The MOT runs out on the 18th and I'm trying to put a plan together to get me out of the mess."You'll be lucky" I can hear some saying, and i realise the situation I've got myself into, but am hoping the good nature of the forum will come to my rescue!
I'm looking at getting some Bilstein B10 coilovers, Eibach ARBs, and the relevant bushes ordered tomorrow (hopefully in time for the weekend).
So, I'm going to put myself at the mercy of AS and see if there's anyone out there in the Peterborough/Cambridge area who would be willing to give up a day to help a fellow petrolhead out and help my fit the above over the weekend.
Have most of the tools, will travel a good distance if someone would be willing to help me out. Free food supplied (if you were to come to me, hell i'll even bring it to you!) and a crate of beer or something suggeested of your choice.
Any help very graciously received! Also comments on how stupid I am reluctany accepted!!
