yOUR CAR LOOKS WICKED
NICE!!

we had ours last year, had to have the g60, the fastest by far in my eyes, used to leave vr6's standing,

nothing special but was such a lovely colour, aubergiene, some of you may have seen it about in stoke on trent last year,

quick video of boosting and revving up..... quality not too good but you can see how quick it hits speed if you ignore the sound. taken on a phone......

Really wanted one for most of the 90's, when I had a 323 GTi 3-door.

Chap I used to know at the gym in Bicester had a 1995 Mauve VR6 with an LPG conversion. Bet there weren't many of them around...

Most of them now are sadly chavved up with silly bodykits and daft lowering kits. Interior really looks dated as well now.

Cheers,

I had a j reg g60 for 5 years and loved it. Changed the rims to 17" borbet c,s. The corrado was a car way ahead of its time imo.

ALWAYS wanted one of these, but could not justify the insurance on them...mate had one that i used to end up driving quite a bit, absoloutly loved it!!!

I think i would still get one, if i had the space, money, time etc etc etc!!

Borbet C`s looked excellent on the Corrado, also well on the MK 2 Golf.

Shame the new Scirocco isnt a Coupe like the C was, but thats another topic :)

Very cool - but I'm probably a bit biased.

Check out Hammond's review of the Rado on Youtube!

I LOVED my VR6 and was sad to see it go but had the opportunity to get a TVR Chimaera so it was a worthy sacrafice:

S3 seems like a suitable long term replacement though... :s3addict:

the corrado is definately a very cool car, here's my old one, sold it last week and took an A4 1.8t in part-ex:

it was a 1990 with a 2.0 ABF 16v engine and polished porsche 928 wheels, lowered 60mm all round, so quick and nice to drive, handled like the best of them!

I would go with cool, there's a G60 I see around Bournemouth with the "Euro" look which looks lush :o.k:

Cool then.
Cool now.
Look great.
Drive great.

Just needs the suspension/ride height sorted and thats it.

Maybe will have another some day as a toy/hobby/keepsake.

Or even my daughters first car (in 10 years time that is....):whistle2:
