Firstly hello to the forum as im fairly new here and have just bought an S3 on monday to replace my mk5 gti golf.
I originally had a new scirocco ordered from vw but i just started thinking what can i get nearly new for the same kind of cash and sure enough i stumbled across the s3. Mines a nov 08 registered, 08 model year car, 9k miles, in sprint blue, with bose, phone prep in armrest, the standard cd sat nav, and with the black leather and silver alcantara centres. i think thats all! I managed to get a great deal on it at £23,500

Anyhow im chuffed to bits with the car so far except that i cant get the bluetooth to work so its going back to audi on friday for a look. Its just a touch faster than my gti was but gets its power down alot better especially in the wet. I even managed to get 35mpg on the run home of 120 miles.
ive already tracked down a fbmfsw (cheers jams3) and i'll be getting it remaped when the time is right, probably be next spring now.
