Hi Guys,

My first post on Audi-Sport, to let you all know I have a facelift S3 ordered....

It is my new company car, originally ordered as the pre-facelift, but when the order was processed, Audi are giving me the facelift one. I have to say though, I much prefer the wheels on the pre-facelift version...

Anyway, its phantom Black, Symphony, Bose, parking sensors, tyre pressure monitor, crimson / black nappa seats, storage pack, interior light pack, foldy mirrors, and as I ordered the old version, went for the flat bottom steering wheel and smoking pack removal, which are now off the options list.

Estimated elivery dats is early August so far, though if that slips any will hold it for 1st September and the new plates.

Should make for a fair change from my Corrado...

I went from Corrado VR6 to A3 3.2 DSG to Phantom Black S3 - we have things in common !

Loved the Corrado - an motoring icon. But the S3 is a different (and better) beast altogether. You won't be disappointed (but get the Bluefin gadget ASAP).

Did you negotiate a discount or did it not matter as it's a company funded car?

No discount as its bought through a company car lease type firm. Although it is a company car, I still make lease type payments on it to prevent getting hammered with comp car tax, thats the way my firm do things....

Is anyone getting a facelift S3 before early August??

I think I get my non facelift next week. My build week was the last of non facelift apparently?
Didnt know flat bottom wheel was not available now - I ordered non smoking and flat bottom wheel too...
Bye bye TT!

(oh, and I had a corrado too!; the G60 and to date has been my favourite car)..

The flat bottomed wheel is now standard.
