Audi Parking System causing a delay in orders

My lease company has just informed me that there will be a 2 year delay (hope that it's a mistake) for anybody that has specified the APS system on their A4. The Luxembourg website seems to confirm this somewhat as they are now offering the comfort pack without the APS included at a reduced price.

I'm not sure about the APS system, but i believe the new B8 doesn't come with reverse parking sensors as standard any more?!

7 months waiting time for an A4 over here. 2009 if you want a parking system.
If you want an A5 you'll wait 10 months.

I'm cheesed off with this now. Was hoping to have an A4 Avant before Christmas LOL

Spot on, was standard on original spec but supply problems have led to them dropping it. You now have to order it as an option but with a few number of the part required they are hoping to cut the delay pretty quickly.
