Headlight Oily Coating/Finish

People who have had a new or near new Audi, they might of noticed a rainbow-ish color tint to the headlight as if oil has be spilt.

Does anyone know how to get this coating/finish back and what product it is. Please note it is not Lamin-X

i thought this was down to the xenon lights ?

No, I had it on mine. Now after a year of washing its worn off. Also you can only see it when the lights are off
