Well, after recommending these cowboys last week let me tell you all a story.

I placed an order for some rs4's with tyre upgrade, lock nuts and flush valves on Monday 25/02.

Chased up the order 3 days later to get a delivery date as i work shifts, told will be with me the following Monday or Tuesday.

Rang on Monday to double check so i could arrange for someone to be in for them to sign, then told ''we are ordering them today should be with you Thursday or Friday''?

Phone call from them on Wednesday telling me they now won't be delivered until at least the following Monday, supply problems! Changed my order for in stock rs6's to ensure delivery today.

They have just arrived, without the flush fitting valves i ordered!
They are refunding me the £15 but i do not have flush valves i wanted.

Like the rs6's though, fate works in mysterious ways!!!

I have used this company on four previous cars but obviously they are going down the pan, be warned.

One bad experience does not mean they are going downthe pan.

Id say its bad luck - why not ring them, Im sure they'd like to resolve the problems rather than receive poor feedback. Mistakes happen and cos of mail ordering it take time to resolve!

Its not a matter of refunding the 15 quid but matter of not supplying goods to your spec. Dont want to be sounding harsh but Id give them a call ask them to collect and send you another set out with flush valves. You know whats gonna happen if you dont... every time you see them alloys your going to think about them valves not being flush - a bit of an anti climax. Im sure you can wait another week for a set to come through - good luck

as Pav says, Get on the case because you aint getting what you ordered and most importantly your settling for you 2nd choice. No matter how much you try and justify it to yourself, you wont be happy!!!

Ive only ever used Rochford for tyres and they have been spot on all the time but makes me wonder because Im starting to hear alot of bad news from customers lately!

I can't wait, the wheels needed to be here by tomorrow latest, getting some valves fitted locally. Cannot stand normal valves once seen flush!!!

By the way how much do flush valves cost - if you get them redone, considering the tyre will have to be taken off etc and make sure you watch them replace the tyre and tell them to be very very careful when doing so... I read a thread on this forum a few months back when a chappie had some tyre put on his S3 and rims were scratched pretty bad. There are alot of cowboy tyre fitters out there....good luck and once done get some pics up

I used these cowboys last year, sent my wheels incorrectly balanced, the weights looked like they'd been stuck on by a 2 year old (one was vertical WTF) and no spigot rings .. cheap prices reflect their service
