Unfortunately Haynes choose not to cover V6 engines and I don't know of anything else available. What is it you need to know?

You could try bentley publishers in the US. They'll be more likely to have a manual for a V6

my mate was wanting one for help with general maintenance and a bit of tinkering. its his first v6 and better safe than sorry! not much info on tuning available for 2.6 12v .any help much appreciated

2.6 not available in US so no manual at bentley. thanks for suggestion though!
