I'm looking to purchase some Koni FSD's but I'm unsure of the springs to use. I can keep standard or upgrade. I want to retain the height ride so I don't need to purchase tie bars. Can someone who is using the FSD's recommend some springs.

Cheers

Matt

Eibach Pro-Kit seem a popular choice if you want to keep a near standard level of comfort. I beleive it will drop the car by 20-25mm, can't comment on the tie-bars, but I think you will need them. Bit of a bitter pill to swallow aren't they!

im going to try the fsd`s with the std springs to start with then probally lower it 20-25 some time after just so I know what has done what to the feel of the car.

just got to convince myself my shockers are knick knacked

They a damn right rip off!! Keep the comments coming guys

Use cheap springs and save yourself some cash as long as you have GREAT shocks there shouldn't be a trouble. As it's your shocks that do all the work.

I've got my handling sorted or will be come September when Koni get their *** into gear and send me my shocks. I've gone for FSD's on standard springs. I don't want to lower it as ride height is fine as it is and got some H&R ARB's. All is to be fitted at JBS so I'll let you know once I've had it all installed. Should cost about £700 in total for parts and fitting.

I will be interested to hear how you get on. Make sure you give a write up. I might be in a position to upgrade by then!!
