Maybe Banta is a geordie word. I'm geordie but I've been away 7 years so its certainly possible its entered the common usage words in that time frame.

Like Charva (Geordie for chavs)

banta isnt a geordie word well as far as i know,i dont watch torchwood so cant argue,how about top gear vs 5th gear,i suppose top gear would win hands down

i was talking about Alien, the first one, not Aliens, the second one. Alien was a much more atmospheric film, very noir in it's essence with some fine acting from a very eclactic cast.

Barry Norman must be sh!tting himself after that lot
 
did you know they are bringing out another Alien Vs Predator.... cant wait.... but out of all the films the 1st predator is the daddy with Arnie whooping ***.
 
i agree the predator 1 is top every time its on the tele i always watch it even though i have watched it a million times
 
If you think this forum is bad in terms of moderation and bounderies, go to uk-mkivs.net. You can't say or do anything on there as it might cause offence to someone. I'm not knocking it, because I love the forums, but a bit of banter and fiery debate is always good.

can't disagree with that, opinions and disagreements are what forge new ideas and ways of thinking. just look at Watt Tyler, he had new ideas that birthed the modern day unions and labour laws.

anyway, loved Preditor but there's no way as long as i have a hole in my **** that they could have fired a mini-gun by holding it by hand

Dave's right, the mini gun has no recoil damping system, so the force of those bullets on the operator would be tremendous.
 
i like the scenes in one of the Rambo films, think it was 2 but i'm not sure. it involves Stallone flying a chopper singlehanded and you keep getting shots of the mini gun poking out of the door aiming and shooting by itself, quality
