Just bought an A4 1.9 TDI with 106,000 on the clock.

I had an 80 1.9 TDI before that which only just gave up on me a week ago with nearly 267,000. After a car lasting that long, I had to have another Audi and I don't think I'll ever consider anything else.

96,000.

But it's not looking good for me, I'm getting blue smoke out of the exhaust at idle and losing oil. This is probably the seals gone. To top it off, water is now getting in to the oil indicating the head gasket is leaking. I hope it's only the oil cooler though but I'm not holding my breath.
