Just scanned my car for fault codes using a bluetooth obd adaptor and Torque app on my phone and it's giving me the fault code P0717... I've Googled it and can't find much information. Can anyone help me here please? Is it a big problem? Car seems to drive fine... Thanks

Thanks for this, I'm a bit confused though, this is my first Audi and I'm not too familiar with the engines etc yet.
Does anyone know the approximate cost to have this repaired? Is it something I could do myself? Or is it inside the gearbox?
Would a vag-com scan shed any more light?
I only bought the car last week, the last thing I want is to have to worry about things like this.

-Hello, there is already a solution for P071700 and more DTC, the repair is carried out in the tcu that has the gearbox on the rear side, you can disassemble and repair the same module for more info send me an email sorinel51@yahoo.com thx
